Space insufficiency on Android LG Optimus L7

My LG Optimus L7 is based on the ICS version and runs a stock ROM. While trying to work with my phone, it refuses to work properly and displays the message ‘low on storage space’ or ‘memory not sufficient’. When I checked I found the memory only partially full. How can this problem be solved?

This might be because of the clogging up of your internal memory on phone. Try clearing them and then do a restart. If that is not working try clearing the cache of all the apps supported such as Google Play and all. These might be using up the memory space and if it is so, it is only natural that you can’t detect it. Try reinstalling the updates after getting them uninstall which would relieve it off the clog. You could also try a hard reset with the help of ROM tool box, which could solve the issue. Also try moving all the stored up data into a formatted SD card with large space and see if the issue is solved. On some phones, this could happen if the message inbox is over filled. So check it up also.
