You would not need an app for this. To get the task done, you can simply transfer all your contacts to your SD card. On doing this, the data will be saved in the card in the form of a vcard file. Remove this SD card and place it in the SD port of your Nexus 4. As soon as it is detected by your phone, click on the contacts app and open it. After opening it select the menu page where you would find an option for importing from SD card. On selecting this, you would be able to have all the contacts saved on your Nexus 4. If you have the Google app installed it would be much easier. Make them Google contacts and you can have them on the phone within no time.

To transfer the contacts between Android devices you donot need any applications
First move the contacts from phone memory to SD card if the contacts are saved in phone memory
then remove the SD card from the phone and keep it in SD card port in Nexus 4
when the card recognizes the card you can copy the all the contacts from the contacts app or by importing the contacts and all these contacts are saved in Nexus 4

    Hello my dear Friend ...

Fist of all set up your Android Phone

    So open the Home page

Now you can Import / Export from the Devices

When it opens click on the " IMPORTS / EXPORTS " button

You will see the BROWSE option

So you can select from the place where they were previously

    Click OK ... and Save

Finally click on the RESET option

    That is it

    VERY GOOD LUCK
