Do you have 3rd party SMS application installed?
If not and it continues to happen try installing Dexrex,
it is an SMS archiver so you can pull up those text messages.

    1) Uninstall all the extra Applications you have installed which have connection with Incoming Messages.
    2) Also check the Message Settings and see what you have set as "default Time line" for messages.
    3) After Uninstalling the Devices, just reboot the Device.
    4) Problem Persist then you have to do Factory Reset.

    Hello friend,

if you message get delete automatically then

    >>check settings of message ,may be there is a problem in duration setting of message.

    >>check message limit ,if message limit is full then system automatically delete incoming message.

    >>if above steps not working then try to install "Dexrex" as a third party.
it helps you to capture, save, and read your SMS, MMS, and Call Logs from
    anywhere.

    thats it,

    thank you
