There is a Fake Download notifications in status bar on my HTC EVO V 4G

My Galaxy S2 started giving download notifications in my status bar. It says "downloading image_000.jpg". Usually when i drag down the notification bar during a download, the download is shown, but now it is empty. In addition I've tried to find these files by searching with Astro file manager, but I was unable to find any files with "image" in the file name. Does anyone know what is going on? Do I have a virus or is my phone just a plain mess?

hi,It might be possible that a virus due to a malicious app might have crept in.So in order to remove it permannetly from the phone just do a HARD RESET on the pohne. In order to do it just do as i say:Firstly make a backup of all your data as in this process all data will be deleted. After that go to SETTINGS.Click on PRIVACY.click on FACTORY DATA RESET.Now your phone will reboot automatically reboot once finished.Hope this helps....
