There is a trouble in the APN setting of my HTC Evo

I am having trouble in setting of APNs for my HTC Evo to receive and send emails while on GPRS. I was able to find the APN settings for my carrier (LIME nee Cable & Wireless) online but for some reason it only works for internet access. I canít understand what is going on to my APN settings. Please help.

Go to Menu --> Settings --> Wireless and Networks --> Mobile Networks --> Access point Names --> Press Menu -->Add New APN.

The above mentioned path is the best way to configure APN settings. This will surely work for all type of internet usage you do with the Mobile device. All the Best.
