Is there a way of fully backing up my Samsung wave 2

Is there a way of fully backing up my phone? My phone is merging texts together, not receiving texts messages, doesn't receive multimedia texts, 3G doesn't work etc. So I am going to send it back to the service centre and see if they can fix or replace it.

    Hello,
Your samsung wave 2 is a device which runs on bada operating systems.
You can keep back up of your device through Kies.
install an updated version of kies in your PC.
Connect your phone to PC via Kies.
In Kies You will get an tab of Back up. You can keep your back up from there.

    Thank you

    Hello Guest,
There is an app available is Play Store by the name "Titanium Backup". You can download it first and then easily backup all your data. However, if you are not able to connect to net, then the only way to make a backup is by connecting your phone via USB to your PC and then copying sdcard contents etc. to your PC folder. But, your texts will be lost. Thank You.

    Heyyy

Yes you can back up everything via samsng kies. Just download kies and install it in your computer. Then connect your phone via usb.

After that press on back up or sync-->>then select the things that you want to back up in your case select everything starting for the videos ,pics memos, contacts ,messages etc

It will take some time to back everything up. It may be of size 8 to 10 gbs if you have that much stuff on your phone so it will take some time for backing up so many things

else it will be over quickly

after you get your phone back just connect it again and press import so that everything that you backed up will be restored to your phone

    Thank you
