Too much data transfer use on the Huawei Ideos X5 U8800

I have a Huawei Ideos X5 phone since January and in the last month I had two data transfers of about 150MB each, just by leaving the network data transfer opened. Today my phone used about 500 MBs of data and I only read some news and kept the data transfer opened for two hours. I have a lot of apps installed, is it possible to see which is using the internet so much? Can anyone help me please?

    hey friend....

This is not the problem which you are going through as sometimes apps installed in your phone are set to update it automatically ....
As you can take the example of your computer ... If you have automatic updates on then windows will look out over internet time to time to check whether any windows update is available ..
Also if there are any software updates available which are installed in your pc then it asks for them to installl..
Same is the case with your phone if automatic updates are on then when you turn on wifi/data connection it gets connected to the internet and checks for any updates available and then download it ..
So , to stop this to happen make sure ''automatic update'' feature is disabled by you for every app installed on your phone..

Sometimes it also happens that your phone has got virus in it hence , it automatically downloads apps though you have not installed or opted to install them ..
Reset you phone and then go for a software update .. I am sure this will work and remove your problem of automatic downloading and installing of apps..

    hope i helped
    thanks
