Touch Stopped responding in Samsung Galaxy Y Young

Touch of my Samsung Galaxy Y Young has become non responsive. It has got a capacitive touch. In starting of this problem one or two points on the screen were non responsive but I ignored them as I thought that it is just a temporary issue and will be alright after some time. But as time went off the whole screen became non responsive. Could anyone tell me the solution for it. Is it because of some software issue or it a hardware one?

Re: Touch Stopped responding in Samsung Galaxy Y Young

    hey friend ..

This problem which you are facing is somewhat related with the time period of the touch phone you are using ..
You have not mentioned about that how old your phone is .. That is if it is new and then you are having problem in the touch then you can just take your phone to the service centre and get it repaired if you know you have not mishandled the phone otherwise you will be charged for the repair work..

If your phone is old and not in warranty period then you can just try first by resetting your phone , removing your battery , reinserting it and then use the phone ..
If after this it works then its fine otherwise there is not much option left for you other then taking your phone to the service centre and get it checked ..might be the possiblity that your display got damaged ..

    hope i helped
    thanks
