    Hi,
The problem with the Wallpaper issue can be solved in such a way by the use of a different Home replacement launcher that is you can download an application by name Go Launcher EX which will help you solve this issue it that application you can change the settings of the wallpaper to in vertical mode instead of Horizontal Mode that it can be used to change the wallpaper and it can be set up in vertical mode. The wallpaper being used to appears to be blown up is due to the fact that the number of home screen presents also reducing it will lessen the amount of blowing up your picture. Also you can use an application by name "Multi picture live" wallpaper this will help you in setting up the necessary wallpaper in the vertical mode also you can download the application through playstore.
    Hope this Helps.
