Trouble in upgrading Acer Iconia A700 tablet to Android JellyBean

My Acer Iconia A700 tablet has prompted me to update into Android JellyBean few days ago. But when I tried for the update, the process gets halted at 30%. Then, the device rebooted by itself and displayed ‘update fail’ message. I gave it a try 3 times after that and all of them failed. Can anyone suggest a solution for this problem?

If you want to update your Android version from older version to newer version then in your acer Iconia tablet needds to be updated carefully :
1.So when ever you make the update of the version then you have to choose the android jelly bean as the version to be updated.
2.Open the software updates settings and then choose the updates according to the Internet availability because your tab needs to be connected with the android at the time of update.
3.Then If you are facing the trouble in update then you should restart the application version update.
4.Then check the memory availability in your Acer tablet so that it van perform the desired operation if the memory is available.
