Turning off notifications for a particular app on Android 4.1 JellyBean

My android smartphone has upgraded to Android 4.1 JellyBean few days ago. I am not quite familiar with its settings yet. Instead of blocking the whole notifications, I need to disable the notifications for certain apps. Please explain how to disable it.

At first, bring up the overall settings of your handset. You can either choose ‘Settings’ option directly from app drawer or drag down the notification bar and hit the ‘Settings’ icon. Once you get into the ‘Settings’ section, tap over the ‘Apps’ option visible there. This will show up the list of applications from which tap the application for which you want to turn off the notification. On doing so, you can view the ‘Application Info’ page on the screen. Locate the ‘Force stop’ button from that page. You can find ‘Show notifications’ option under that button. Uncheck that option and check whether that app no longer receives any notifications.

For turning off notifications for a particular app on Android 4.1 JellyBean, follow these steps:-
- Go to home screen.
- Tap on app drawer.
- Select settings.
- Select apps option.
- Choose the desired apps to turn off the notification.
- Tap on the force stop option from application info page.
- Uncheck the show notification option.

The following is the procedure for turning off notifications for a particular app on Android 4.1 JellyBean.

At first you have to go to home screen.

Then tap on to the applications drawer.

Now press the settings option.

There the option of applications is to be selected.

After that the applications are to be selected for the notifications are to be turned off.

Then the screen shows you the applications info page.

Now the force stop option page is to be tapped.

There you can uncheck the shows notifications option.

To turn off the notifications for a particular app follow these steps

• Move to the home screen of the device
• Then choose the settings icon by tapping on it
• Now choose the option applications
• Then select the Manage Applications option
• Now you can have the list of apps
• Now choose the to which you want to stop the notifications
• Then select the option Force stop
• Then locate the option show notifications
• Then uncheck the check box next to it

It will stop the notifications for that particular app.

you have very simple problem...and its solution also very simple...
To fix this problem...follow bellow mention steps...

• Go your mobile 'home screen'.
• Then open its 'setting menu'.
• After navigate to 'application manager'.
• Then select the 'app' which notification create problem in your life.
• Then tap on its option menu.
• And here you select 'setting'.
  
• Now select 'notification setting'.
• And disable this setting.

After doing this , you will fix your problem...
