Turning off predictive text feature on Motorola Razr Android smartphone

Whenever I try to type anything using my Motorola Razr Android smartphone, the spell feature will be enabled and start to replace the words. It is quite annoying if I need to deliver the message urgently. What has to be done for disabling this feature?

First of all, open a text entry field through your phone. You can bring up the blank field for typing text message or text box inside a website. Then, press the ‘Menu’ button available on the device. A set of options will pop up on the screen afterwards in the form of a menu. Check that menu and locate the ‘Entry Mode’ option. By the time you find that option, make a single tap over it. Finally, hit the ‘Primary’ option from the available list.
