there is very simple method for connecting your handset to PC
it is done by via USB
if it not recognize your phone you need to do some setting in your hone go to setting switch to connection
select mass storage after this setting your problem will get solved
if then also it does not solved then you need to contact your service holder
or it can be your pc fault

    hey friend ..

Following could be the reasons why you are not able to connect your phone with the PC..:

    - The data cable or the usb cable you are using is faulty

    - PC suite version is outdated

    - Your PC's usb port is faulty or damaged

    - Your phone's usb jack is faulty or damaged

    - Drivers not working perfectly

Follow below steps to remove the problem :

    - Use the data cable in another PC and then see whether it connects with phone or not .. If it does then it is not faulty and if it does not then its faulty

    - Check by connecting one pen drive or external drive device into your PC's usb port ... its connection and non connection will show you whether your PC's usb port is faulty or not

    - Uninstall and reinstall the drivers

    - Check for any updates available for the PC suite

Try the above steps and i am sure it will connect.. If it does not then take your phone to the service centre and get it checked
    thanks

there may be a hardware problem at hand..
either the USB cable is faulty, or any one port out of your PC's or mobile's USB is loose or faulty..
in that case the connection cannot be established correctly.. even if it does.. it will be a breaking one..

Other reasons might include that your drivers in PC are outdated, or even you PC Suite software might be outdated too..
you should try updating those software and drivers.. then try again..
