    hey friend ..

Following could be the reasons why you are not able to connect usb mass drive from your phone to the TV.:

    - The data cable or the usb cable you are using is faulty

    - Your TV's usb port is faulty or damaged

    - Your phone's usb jack is faulty or damaged

Follow below steps to remove the problem :

    - Use the usb cable in another TV or PC and then see whether it connects with phone or not .. If it does then it is not faulty and if it does not then its faulty

    - Check by connecting one pen drive or external drive device into your TV's usb port ... its connection and non connection will show you whether your TV's usb port is faulty or not

    - Also check the same by using working usb cable with your phone to see if there is any problem with your phone's usb jack or not

Try the above steps and i am sure it will connect.. If it does not then take your phone to the service centre and get it checked
    thanks

Re: Unable to connect usb mass drive to HTC one X

    Hi,
The problem with HTC one X not being able to detect phone's storage might be due to the fact that the phone's drivers are not properly installed in your device, so in order to install the drivers please follow the link and download the software.
    http://www.htc.com/www/software/htc-sync-manager/
    I
f there are any previous versions then uninstall that by going into control panel and then install the new version, once that is done connect the phone to the PC and then select USB storage, also make sure that you have enabled "USB Debugging" under "Settings->Developer Options" then connect the phone to PC and see to that it is getting connected.
    Hope this Helps.
