    Hi,
It might be giving some king of message such as"FORCE CLOSE".
This might be due to lot of CACHE build up on your device.
    So just do one thing:
    Go to SETTINGS.
    Click on APPLICATIONS.
    Now click on MANAGE APPLICATIONS.
There click on FILE MANAGER or any other file exploring app.
    Thne click on CLEAR DATA.
Now go back and try again.
    That`s it...
    Hope this surely helps....

    Regarding this issue..

Copying files from folders are not matching clearly in your device.,

For that check once your memory status of internal as well as SdCard...

Then scan with anti virus to avoid virus software from your device...

After that clear unwanted data and cache memory...Manage apps list...

Then try to upgrade your Android version to latest one..Jelly Bean..

Now surely it ill work..You can move what you want to folders..

    Hope you got it.Thank you...
