Unable to flash in Samsug Nexus S anymore after OTA update

I have a Samsung nexus s GT-I9020 (no rooted, no custom recovery) and 1 week ago I received the OTA update for Ice Cream Sandwich. I updated to it but, after 1 week usage, I noticed serious issues with the battery. So I decided to revert back to gingerbread, by downloading a stock firmware 2.3.2-GRH78C android, but it is not getting back. Please help me.

Re: Unable to flash in Samsug Nexus S anymore after OTA update

    Hi,
In order to flash a Custom ROM you have to unlock the bootloader which will probably void your warranty. So if you have flashing using Odin then you can flash the Rom using "ODIN" in order to use the Odin software you need to have the Rom itself and then there is another file called Ops file make sure you have the right one and then place the file in their respective places. Once the files are placed make sure that you enabled "Usb Debugging" in the application menu so that you will be able to properly flash the phone. Connect the phone and then turn On the phone by pressing Volume up + Power which will make your phone boot into bootloader from there boot into Download mode.
    Hope this Helps.
