Google Play Store
Hello friend.
First of all reboot your device. (Its not actually necessary but better do it)
Then try clearing your android market's data.
- Go to settings.
- Applications.
- Manage applications.
- 'All' tab.
- Search for 'Google Play store' or 'Android Market'.
- Select Clear Data.
Try opening Play Store again, accept terms and conditions and it should work.
Make sure you have WiFi connected or an active data plan.
Even if this doesn't work, then you may have to perform a factory reset.
First of all backup all your data- Contacts, SMS, Applications, etc.
- Go to settings.
- Privacy.
- Factory Data Reset.
- Fill up details. Phone will reboot when done.
Doing a Factory must definitely do the job.
But if still problem persists, you have to flash the 'gapps' file.
Download appropriate gapps file according to your android version and flash it.
Hope it helps,
Regards!

Try to clear the app data. Go to Settings---> Applications---> Manage applications---> 'All' tab---> Google Play store---> Select Clear Data.
The app should be fine now, if you still have problem try to do a factory reset.
To do Factory Reset, Go to Settings---> Privacy---> Factory Data Reset.
This will make the phones firmware back to normal, making the Play Store clean and free from bugs.
