    Dear,
It may possible that you have Deleted some System files, which are very much important for a System to work proper in any device.
Here you have perform a Factory data reset on your device.it will Recover your System files again.
Follow the steps to perform it.
    Go to settings>>>Privacy>>>Factory data reset
Here by performing it you will loose all your data available in Phone memory.
Perfrom it when device is fully charged.

Probably you should have been deleted the files necessary for playing a Mp3 file. If you are able to play the files in any file manager then the problem must be with the Music player in the phone. If you are not able to play any mp3 file then flash the Rom again or take it to the customer care.

Since you deleted the files from the internal memory I guess you ROOTED your mobile.

If you created a Nandroid Backup then restore the phone's ROM using it.

Its highly necessary to perform a Nandroid Backup after you ROOT your phone, but If you did not do a Nandroid backup then flash the Stock ROM again.

Also try doing a Factory Data Reset--->

    1. Go to Settings.

    2. Select Privacy.

    3. Hit Factory Data Reset.

    4. Press Reset Phone.

Please back up all info present in the internal memory before you do a factory data reset.

    Hello friend,
There may be some software or virus regarding issue to must have to reset your phone and then try again.

Remember, by performing a reset, all your data- settings, messages, apps, etc would be deleted.
    So backup up anything important.

    Follow these steps:
    - Go to 'Settings'.
    - Privacy.
    - 'Factory Data Reset'.
    - Fill in your id and password and confirm.
    - You can choose whether to delete SD card data or not.

After the process is complete, your device would return to its out-of-the-box state or to its factory settings.

    Regards!

To solve this problem all you need to do the following
    1.go to menu
    2.click settings
    3.choose privacy
    4.click factory data reset
now you have resetted it but before resetting all you need to do is to take backup of all data by using an app called titanium backup app as resetting process will delete all datas in the device.
If still problem persists then you need to download music players from play store some are as
    1.MX player
    2.Android music player
These music players can be downloaded from playstore in free of cost
    thats all
