I have HTC android phone. It’s a very nice phone. I am using this phone for last 4 months. Now there is some error to recognize internet connection I have connected the internet connection but unable to download any application from android play store. Can you give me the solution?

It looks like you cant configure your network connection
Do following
1.get internet setting through customer care.
2.enable data connection.
3.now your internet is started.
If you already done this.then it looks like your network connection is slow
and it takes time to download app
If you are using the internet connection provided by your Network provider then you have to contact them for further Help. If the Network connection you are using is Wifi then you can check the flow of data from the broadband details and if you found that the connection is not stable then you can complaint it to the Service provider.
Changes you can try In Mobile:
1) Reboot the Device Often.
2) Wipe off the Connections and then re configure it from Scratch.

This problem can occur due to a defect within the device, if so then go to HTC service centre to get it fixed. But first you need to confirm it, so you can get the connection settings manually from you network operator customer care. Save the settings when you receive a "settings" message and make these the default settings for all apps. Now activate the data enabled option. Check by opening a site now. If still you face the same problem, then its confirmed that the device is faulty. Thank You. :-)
