    Dear,
You are facing a problem of saving video clip.
Here it may possible that your device doesnt have enough space to save it.
You need to change this save settings to your SD card.
You can easily set this by opening camera, then options.
Select settings and after it storage in SD card.
Thts it. No issues will there after it.

Re: Unable to save a recorded video in android phone

    Hi there,

This problem sometime arises when the CAMERA app remains open (i.e minimized) and does not close.

But this can be solved very easily.
You just need to shut your phone OFF for 5 minutes and then make it switched ON.
Now start making videos they will get save automatically.

    Hope it helps!!!

    Regards!!!

Saving Video is not a specific manual feature you have to do, the thing is when you have External Memory card and you have enough Space, automatically all the pictures and videos you take will be stored in that.

Access the SD card, open the folder DCIM, and then view those videos and pictures. The problem will arise only when you dont have External memory card and have very low internal memory to put the videos inside that. All the Best.

Make it to where when you click the Save button it checks for an SD card and if there is and SD card create a folder(if one isn't already there) and save the file in the new folder or save it to the phone..

That's up to you, either way works. Though if the file is huge, the SD is a better option.

Re: Unable to save a recorded video in android phone

whenever you take videos or pictures the files will be saved automatically thats the default process with all the Android Mobiles, the best thing is that the function is default and you dont have to do it manually. But one thing you have to make sure is "Memory".

Keep the External Memory card Free so that the videos will be saved in that Automatically, if there is no SD memory then you might lose the captured video.

Re: Unable to save a recorded video in android phone

This may be due to limited space in the internal memory.

You can change the path where the videos are saved by default.

Navigate to Camera >> Settings >> Videos >> Memory in Use >> Select Memory Card

First make sure there is enough space available in the SD card.

To see the status of SD card, do the following--->

    1. Go to Settings.

    2. Select SD card and Phone memory.

    3. See the amount of available space.

If the free space is low, then delete unwanted files in the SD card and try recording video files again.

If the problem persists, do the following--->

    1. Go to Settings.

    2. Select Privacy.

    3. Press Factory Data Reset.

    4. Press Reset Phone.

All the device settings will be restored to their default values.

If you still have the problem, take the phone to a Service Center.

If you are unable to save a recorded video in android phone, then check these points:-
Check the internal memory of your phone.
You might not have enough space to save the videos.
For that you need to change the default location of the videos.
    Open the camera.
    Tap on settings.
    Press videos.
    Select the memory in use
    Change it to memory card.
    Your issue will be solved.
