Every time I connect my HTC Rhyme with home PC or laptop, I get the message “No Device Connected”. While checking, I have found that USB Debugging is already enabled on my phone. How can I sync my phone with PC/laptop?

You should have the necessary drivers installed in your PC in order for your phone to connect to the PC successfully please check the necessary drivers required for the phone to connect to PC are available in your PC and try reconnecting it. If the problem still persists then try uninstalling completely and then reinstall the whole software(PC connectivity tool) and try again.
Hope this Helps.
1) Download and Install "HTC Sync" software.
2) Connect your device, Mount it.
3) After that open the Software installed.
4) Give enough time for the Device to get Recognized.

Hello friend,
There may be some software regarding issue to must have to reset your phone and then try again.
Remember, by performing a reset, all your data- settings, messages, apps, etc would be deleted.
So backup up anything important.
Follow these steps:
- Go to 'Settings'.
- Privacy.
- 'Factory Data Reset'.
- Fill in your id and password and confirm.
- You can choose whether to delete SD card data or not.
After the process is complete, your device would return to its out-of-the-box state or to its factory settings.
Regards!
Dear Friend..
Synch always get possible after you installed a software for synchronization called PC Suite.
Every multi-media device comes with PC suite for synch and using net from the mobile in the PC.
This you can use in this way:-
1. Install PC suite from the CD which comes with the mobile
2. If there is no software CD, then you can also download from the website.
3. After installing this software, connect your mobile via USB to the PC.
4. When you connect the device, you get a pop-up notification in your PC which means the device has been connected.
5. Once the device is connected, there are 3 option comes on your mobile screen out of which you need to select one.
6. If you select the synch option, then your mobile has been synched and now you can share contacts, music and messages, etc..

hey friend ..
Following could be the reasons why you are not able to connect your HTC phone with the PC..:
- The data cable or the usb cable you are using is faulty
- PC suite version is outdated
- Your PC's usb port is faulty or damaged
- Your phone's usb jack is faulty or damaged
- Drivers not working perfectly
Follow below steps to remove the problem :
- Use the data cable in another PC and then see whether it connects with phone or not .. If it does then it is not faulty and if it does not then its faulty
- Check by connecting one pen drive or external drive device into your PC's usb port ... its connection and non connection will show you whether your PC's usb port is faulty or not
- Uninstall and reinstall the drivers
- Check for any updates available for the PC suite
Try the above steps and i am sure it will connect.. If it does not then take your phone to the service centre and get it checked
