dear user, your micromax a70 work as android os 2.2(froyo) so i think many reasons are available. so please note below point.
1. you can not mention your friend os.but if your friend os is differance from you so many application are not competible for your phone because many number of application are design for different different os.so you can downlode application from your android market.
There are many Bluetooth file sending softwares out in the market. You download one of them and try sending .apk file again.
Try Bluetooth File Sender 5.0 to send files . You can download it from the following link. and its free to download.

Dear Friend,
I think this problem occours on your micriomax mobile. First think in that your handset not supprot the file which you send by bluetooth. Second think is that if enough memory is not avilable in your phone then the required file not transfered to your phone. So I think it will not be possible to transfer this kind of file to your phone.

Dear friendHe you want to transfer your .apk files then you have to do a fast reboot of your device and I am sure you will have no problemsI hope it helps Happy to help Thanks and visit again
You can transfer app in the form of .apk and install them on your android smart phone without any problem, there might be some bug or malfunction, try to reboot the mobile or do a factory reset to wipe the settings and make the defaults.... To install an .apk file in your droid you'll have to first enable install apps from third party sources---> Go to Settings--> Applications--> Tick mark Unknown Sources....
You must check the connection as a dedicated connection is needed so check the bluetooth settings properly.
You cant transfer a .apk files through bluetooth.

Hello friend,
>>First check whether your OS is same or not.
Because .APK file only supported by Android OS.
You can't install it in other OS.
>>You can't send install .APK files directly via bluetooth.
>>You need to install "Fastshare". This app help you to share your .apk file to one phone to another.
>>After sharing ,if App.apk doesn't work then it means that App is not supported by devices.
It is not supported by your device because device 's hardware doesn't meet the requirement for App.apk .
Thats it
thank you:-):-)
hi there, the main reaon your app is not supporting your phone is requirements required by the app.if the app requires 1GHz processor then you have only 650.if it requires 1GB of RAM,Then yours contain only 256MB of it.It might be the main causes but tell me which phone your friend has to confirm more clearly..
Hello friend,
There may be some software regarding issue to must have to rset your phone and then try again.
Remember, by performing a reset, all your data- settings, messages, apps, etc would be deleted.
So backup up anything important.
Follow these steps:
- Go to 'Settings'.
- Privacy.
- 'Factory Data Reset'.
- Fill in your id and password and confirm.
- You can choose whether to delete SD card data or not.
After the process is complete, your device would return to its out-of-the-box state or to its factory settings.
Regards!
