While searching through the contacts on my android supported Huawei Ascend, an unwanted contact got added accidentally to the favourites on my mobile. I need to remove it from the favourites. How can I do that?

First you have to go to the home screen of your gadget. Then you must tap and open the contacts app from the menu options. Now you can see the listing of all the contacts on your phone. You must select the specific contact on which you need to make the changes. Now you can see the details regarding that specific selected contact. You can see a gold star symbol next to that contact on the screen. You just need to tap on that gold star symbol which is seen there. Now it will get faded out indicating that the contact is removed from favourites. You have to then save the changes made on the contacts app.

Well, it is quite simple to remove a contact from favourites, here are the steps to go through.
    1. First of all, turn on your phone and click on Menu tab from the Home Screen, to view the menu icons.
    2. Secondary is, search for the option named Contacts, from the icons appeared, and click on it.
    3. Now, you will be shown all the contacts presented on your device.
    4. Then, go for the contact you want to edit(to remove from favourites) and tap on it.
    5. Then, the details of that particular contact will be displayed along with a star symbol which represents that the contact is in favourites list.
    6. Then, click on that star symbol to make it disable so that, the contact will be removed from the list of favourites. Then, save and exit the contacts. You are successfully done.
    Thank you
