Make sure all the pictures are stored in the External Memory,Else move the pictures to SD card first, after organizing all the files in the SD CARD, connect the Samsung Galaxy to PC via USB Cable.

Mount the Sd card, now all the data stored in the SD card will be seen in PC,Transfer the picture files to Computer just like how you transfer files between partitions.

Re: Uploading photos from Samsung Galaxy S to PC

    its a silly question dude...
Just simply connect your mobile to pc then you will get a prompt menu that allows you to choose type of connection like 'usb modem' , 'mass storage' , 'usb printing' , 'pc suite' ....
Then select as 'pc suite' and open pc suite in your pc and sync all your media content.....
After successful syncing you can see pictures in your pc's documents - 'pictures folder'

Re: Uploading photos from Samsung Galaxy S to PC

I tried to follow all the stops.. but when I hit About Phone, it doesn't have anything to click on for USB. On the same screen where you would click on About Phone, it has an icon that says Storage. But nothing about Mass Storage. It has an option that says Format USB Storage. Is that what I need to press. I have having a very hard time figuring this out. If I click on Format USB storage it says' Formatting USB storage will delete all data on the USB storage. Data cannot be recovered. So I wasn't sure if I had to format it first in order to upload photos. Can you help me? Or can someone help me?

    Hi friend,
This is very easy to do this.First of all you will connect your phone to your PC by via USB data cable. Then you will open the mobile memory card. After that you will open the image folder where you have saved your photos. Then you will copy those photos which you want to upload to your PC for creating back up.Next you will create a new folder and paste it in the folder. The transfer will be finished. This is the procedure to do this.
