    Check the USB connector with any other device and if that works then you have to find where the actual problem lies. Try the following;

    Make sure that the Device driver is installed in the Computer and you have connected the Device using the proper port that is functioning well with other devices.After that check the USB with the mobile phones to figure out whether the problem lies with out USB cable or with the the Mobile device

    After figuring out the fault take actions as required, If the device is under warranty then you can simply change it hand over to the manufacturer.

    Hi,
    Please check that you have the necessary drivers installed for your device in the PC so that the USB is recognized by the PC when the phone is connected. Also ensure that "USB Debugging" is enabled in your phone which can be done by navigating to "Settings" from the application drawer and then select the option as "Applications" in that there will be an option as "Development" make sure that "USB debugging" is enabled in that and then again connect the phone to the PC and see if it gets connected. If that doesn't help then using a different data cable.
    Hope this Helps.

    First you have to diagnosis your problem.
    follow step below.
    1)install your phone drivers to your computer(this is must and lot of peoples face problem because they cant install phone drivers,these drivers are easily available on the cd you bought with phone).
    2)now connect your phone to computer.
    if nothing happened then change your connectivity mode to mass storage by following steps
    go to settings-->connectivity-->mode
    now select mass storage.

    if you having problem still then then there is your hardware problem to usb cable.

    First make sure you have the proper drivers installed.

    If you have the drivers installed, then you'll find an Android device in the PC's device manager.

    To install drivers, install HTC Sense that comes with the device and the USB drivers will also be installed.

    If the drives fail to install, then download and install Android SDK----> link.

    In the extra category, you'll find USB drivers. Install them and you must not have any problem.

    If the problem persists, then try using different USB cables.

    If nothing helps, visit a Service Center and get the device checked for any Hardware issue.

    If you are thinking that your USB connector is faulty then you should check
    it by replacing any other USB connector. That means try to connect your
    phone with your friends or any other USB cable. If you find that phone is
    recognized by your PC then the problem is in your cable. Other wise there is
    some other problem.

    If there is any problem in your phone then you should check out usb driver
    first. I Thing problem will be solved bythis.

    Hello

    One way to check whether your usb cable is working or not is connect it to the usb port of your pc or laptop then check if its charging or not. If not then the cable is faulted.

    If yes then the cable is all right and something is wrong with the software or your phone. You can purchase another usb cable its not that costly it comes around 250 rs.

    Thank you

    Thank you
