USB ports of my Motorola Fire android phone doesn’t connect well

My Motorola Fire requires pressure or a bit of force on the USB cable to make the phone charge. It used to be able to connect to the MAC (I've tried it on both windows and MAC) but doesn't effect, so I cannot sync it. Please help me.

    Hello Guest,
It seems that your USB Port has got damaged as a result of excessive forcing and pressure on it or maybe due to a fall. The only way to get them checked and fixed is to visit the nearest Motorola Service Centre. You will surely be helped. Thank You! :-)

    Hello,
I think the micro USB port of your phone got an issue. That's why you are giving a bit of force to connect it .
Just contact Motorola support and replace the micro USB port circuit. You have to connect the phone through cable for syncing.

You can download an app Airdroid from Play Store which will help you to connect your phone to pc through Wifi.
You can browse and open files through your PC's browser. By this way also you can sync your phone..

    Thank You

    Hello

You have to install MOTOROLA USB drivers or any PC suite for Motorola if available install it , then it defiantly connected .

After this also not connected then the problem is in your USB cable only or USB drivers of your PC.
