Video recording issue on Android HTC One SV

While trying to get a video recorded on my Android HTC One SV mobile, the application closes down as soon as it is opened. How can video recording be enabled on the phone?

    Dear friend

if you are unable to see the recorded video
then you can install any player
like mx player, hd video player etc.
    Or
if the problem is occurring when you
try to record the video, and any force
    close problem and message occur
then you have to reset the device
    follow some steps.
    1 go to settings
2 then tap on the privacy
3 after that tap on reset factory data
4 then wait for some time
5 and after that try to use the video recorder

    hope this will help you

This may be due to cache memory of Video apps is not 0.00,if that the case then better to clear cache memory.Sometime when cache memory gets full then apps do create problem in working but once you clear the memory all the problem might be solved. To clear cache memory MENU-SETTINGS-APPLICATIONS-MANAGE APPLICATIONS-ALL-VIDEO.After that a window appear with few options, drag below to find 'cache memory'.Tap on 'clear cache' & memory will be cleared. After that problem could be solved.

    hey friend..

The problem of force close of the camera app in your phone can be due to the following reasons :

    - The camera application got corrupted
    - Software issue in the phone
    - Virus attack in phone
    - There are many applications running in the phone in the background
    - Your phone is not capable of opening so many applications at that time
    - The phone's memory is not free enough to open the app
    - Your mobile speed gets too slow and hence it force closes the app

Try out the following to remove this issue .. :

    - Try by resetting your phone , updating the software and removing any virus if any then use the camera app
    - Free up some space in the phone's internal memory
    - Close any background running app when not in use
    - Dont open so many apps at the same time as it slows down the speed of phone and force closes the apps which you open

    thanks ..
