    Weak network in Micromax Canvas A116 HD

    I have been experiencing weak network most of the time on my Micromax Canvas A116 HD. It has been boggling me as I have been using the phone for the last 2 months. Even in open areas, weak network problem arises and people fail to contact me due to out of coverage area message. Please help me with a solution.

    Follow the steps below--

    -->First check the internet connection.

    -->Use the faster connection like 3G for better service.

    -->Also check the location service.

    -->If signal is low then check the SIM ,use the other network.

    -->Then reset the network setting in the device .

    -->MENU-->SETTING-->WIRELESS & NETWORK-->MOBILE NETWORK-->RESET-->RESET ALL SETTING.

    -->If require then reset the device setting by the factory data reset option.

    Hi,
    In order to solve the issue with the device for network make sure that the device is properly working with the sim card and also make sure that the SIM card is not worn out since it might be a reason for poor signal. Also for better signal options switch to 2G network as 2G is better available in all places than 3G network so that you will not have any issue with the Signal. Inside the "Settings" menu open "Wireless&Networks" there select the option as "Mobile Networks" there choose the network mode as "GSM\WCDMA" as this will help in switching to 2G network when you are using a 3G network and then when the signal goes low. If nothing seems to work try changing the SIM Card with your Network Provider and if that is also not helping the do a factory reset.

    You have simply follow some of the steps after that your problem will be solved:::::::::::::::>>>>>>>>>

    * First of all go to the main menu

    * Then go to the setting

    * Then go to wireless setting

    * Then go to the mobile network

    * Then search the network

    * Then select the network

    * Then tap on the option of register

    * After that save the setting

    * Now restart your device
