What has to be done for turning off ‘TalkBack’ feature on Android powered Google Nexus 7 tablet?

My brother had taken my Android powered Google Nexus 7 tablet for his project work. When I got back the tablet, I kept getting spoken feedback from the device on touching items. I searched for a solution and found that it is happening due to ‘TalkBack’ feature. How can I turn off this feature?

You can disable the feature by doing few steps.First of all locate the menu app on home screen & tap to open. After that will see an option as "Settings",tap to open & then scroll down there will find an option labelled as "Applications".
Once open will a new window under that many options appear, there you must select & tap on "Running Services".You will see window with those apps which have been running continuously.
You should search for "TalkBack" app, once get then simply tap over that.A pop up will appear you must hit on "Force Close" once done app will stop working. Now TalkBack app will not work again until you start the app.
