    hello,

    constant rebooting could be due to a glitch in software or due to virus.

    try to install an anti-virus app and run a full system scan.
    if that is not possible then it is advisable that you reinstall the firmware or upgrade your current version of android.

    you can also contact an authorized service center .

    listing the top anti-virus app available in google play:-

    -> avast anti-virus

    -> lookout mobile security

    -> Dr. web security and antivirus

    -> norton mobile security.

    Backup your all data before doing following methods.
    1.reset your phone.
    1)go to settings.
    2)select "backup and reset" option.
    3)select "reset phone factory" option.
    4)your phone get restart after few minutes later and reset.

    2.if you till face problem you have to flash your phone with latest firmware.
    if latest firmware is not available then flash it using existing stock firmware.

    Hello friend,
    There may be some software regarding issue to must have to rset your phone and then try again.

    Remember, by performing a reset, all your data- settings, messages, apps, etc would be deleted.
    So backup up anything important.

    Follow these steps:
    - Go to 'Settings'.
    - Privacy.
    - 'Factory Data Reset'.
    - Fill in your id and password and confirm.
    - You can choose whether to delete SD card data or not.

    After the process is complete, your device would return to its out-of-the-box state or to its factory settings.

    Regards!

    Hi friend,
    May be there are software problems in your mobile..So better do a factory reset..Note that backup your files before factory resetting..
    To do that
    1.Go to Menu
    2.Tap on "Settings"
    3.Then go to "Privacy'
    4.Then tap "Factory Data Reset"
    5.Tap "reset phone"
    6."Erase everything" to confirm it
    If the problem still continues, then take your mobile to the service center and service it..This might cost you some money, but the problem is fixed for sure..

    Thank you!!!

    your phone is restarting because it cannot handle too many apps at a time, as your user available ram is only 290 mb.
    1.so use advanced task killer (download it from playstore) to kill the apps running in background
    2. uninstall unwanted apps from your phone..
    3. if possible try to do a RESET of your phone
    you can find reset option in MENU-----SETTINGS----BACK UP AND RESET-- SIMPLY TAP ON FACTOR DATA RESET...

    Re: what should i do with my samsung galaxy that keeps on rebooting?

    hey friend ..

    I think this problem of automatic phone restarting can be due to the following reasons :

    - Your phone's battery has got damaged or has become faulty..
    - Your phone got affected by viruses
    - Your phone's software got corrupted
    - There is no much free space in the phone's memory

    For this problem try the following steps to solve the problem :

    - First replace your battery with the other battery and then try to use the phne ..If it works fine then you have to just buy a new battery for your phone ..
    - Scan your phone for any viruses or malwares and install antivirus in it ..
    - Reset and update your phone with the new software
    - Free up the internal memory of phone and then use the phone

    If the above steps not solve the problem then i would suggest you to take your phone to the service centre and get it checked
    thanks
