In what way can I enable desktop version of websites on Android phone with hidden settings?

The default browser on my Android phone shows the desktop version of websites while browsing. I need to view the desktop version of websites instead of that. I heard that it is possible to convert into desktop version with hidden settings. How can I enable this?

By the time you load the default browser on the phone, type about:debug into its address bar. After that, press the ‘Enter’ key available on the on-screen keyboard. Bring up the main menu afterwards by hitting the ‘Menu’ key. Then, tap over ‘More’ icon in that menu and choose ‘Settings’ from the given options. After that, scroll down to the bottom part and hit the ‘UAString’ option. You can then find a short menu on the screen from which locate the ‘Desktop’ option. Tap on that option until you can view green circle next to it.
