    To whom should I complain if SBI Freedom application if not supported by my Android handset?

    Sir, I have downloaded sbi freedom app from android market. After enter userid, while operating options it is showing "THIS PARTICULAR MODEL(SAMSUNG GALAXY Y GT-S5360) IS NOT REGISTERED IN THE MODEL LIST" of sbi freedom application. For solution to whom i have to complaint either sbi or samsung?

    Well..
    Actually samsung has not any roll here..!!
    Your phone has no fault or have no other problem..
    Contact smasung care is not advisable..!!
    try to re install your app..
    if still have a problem..
    you should contact SBI branch from where you have activated your mobile banking..!!
    They will help you out perfactly...
    and guide you....!!!

    the JVM on your phone should and will support SBI freedom app. you have to file a complaint to SBI IT department. for more info see this webpage.

    Dear Sir,

    SBI Freedom is the software given by the SBI to get freedom to fund transfer, mobile recharge, pay bill like electricity etc. Some phone model are not avilable for SBI Freedom software. So you must go to your nearest SBI branch and they are suggested the appropriate way to resolve this problem. But at first you must registered your handset with your SBI a/c.

    SBI freedom is the software provided by SBI for enabling fund transfer, mobile recharge , pay utility bills etc

    So for your problem please visit the nearest sbi branch and get your problem resolved

    DEAR FRIEND,,,,,
    FIRST YOU SHOULD TRY TO RE- INSTALL YOUR APP...... AFTER THAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEN YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE SBI BRANCH FROM WHERE YOU HAVE ACTIVATED YOUR MOBILE BANKING.....THEY WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM....!!!

    As you want to know about that to whom should you complain if SBI Freedom application is not supported by Android handset for this as the JVM on your phone will support SBI freedom app. You have to file a complaint to SBI IT department for this problem as there may be a solution for that.

    Hello Friend,
    Try to Re-install your app, and then if the problem is not solved then contact Branch of SBI from where this app has been activated for Mobile Banking. Your problem will be solved definitely over there......!!!!!

    Firstly you must try reinstalling the app before complaining to anyone but even then If nothing works then rush to your nearest SBI branch and register complaint in complaints section.

    Hello,

    If any Bank based app is not running on your phone , it is the duty of the Manager of the bank to get the complaints and enact them suitably so you should complain to the Manager of the Bank In which you have your Account.

    Hello. I will give u details for activating sbi freedom
    First send sms to 9223440000 by typing MBSREG. U will get userid and onetime password as. Reply to your sms.
    secondly download app from google play store and install.
    Thirdly while launching app at first time press option button and Accept.
    Fourthly login with ur userid and onetime Mpin. U will be prompted to change MPIN.
    Fifthly go to SBI ATM and insert ur atm card and select mobile banking services and enter ur mobile number and cofirm.
    That is all. Now SBI is in your pocket.
