Why I am not able to send a long video text message from android device?

I am not able to send a video text message that exceeds 5 seconds from android device. How this can be sent?

Hello friend

Well sms means short message service.So, its obvious u cant send video of very small size only.With MMS , you can send video with maximum size of 4MB.Hopefully you will understand the fact.

Long video files cant be sent as message, its mainly related with the network you use. Text messages technically wont occupy too much of Buffer when you sent it lengthy.

Adding a video to it will occupy bigger memory and the network might have limitations to send a large files.
Also Check the format of the Video file you are attaching, sometimes the format plays a huge role.
Try sending a audio file file and then proceed with video files.

it depend on the device u are using , its RAM and expanded memory are play major role in this type of problem.
i don't think so that internal problem are responsible for that .

Basically SMS is means Short Messages Service.
By using this SMS service you can send the text message to basically of 140 characteristics, Which comes under one SMS.
As you said that you are adding some video formatted clipping to it.
Then automatically its size will be reduced.
If you like to send an Video it is better to choose MMS.
By this MMS service you can send a video message of 4MB.
so It is advisable to have the MMS service and you can have the best with it.

The video you are trying to send through video message, is a MMS which you can;t exceed its limit because you can only send a video as MMS up to 4MB Size.

You can only send this video either compressed in 3Gp format or if you don't wish to do so, then you can send it via email if the person is far away from you.
If not then send it to via Bluetooth.

you cannot send long video messages beyond 4mb or so but in order to send long videos you must send it through whatsapp.as it gives you to send 12 mb of video.thnxxx.

Do not Worry Just Relax,

It seems that there is any software regarding issue.
You must have to restore your settings.
To make it follow the steps below.
...Go to the main menu.
...Tap on Settings.
...Tap on to the Privacy.
...Tap on to the Factory restore.
A restart will be make, and all the settings of your phone will be done as a new phone.
All the feature will work by default functioning.
