    Wifi getting disconnected when using Static IP on my Samsung Galaxy Y

    I am using galaxy y. I am facing some problem, I tried to connect to wifi using static IP. it tries to connect to wifi but suddenly says Disabled. I canít understand why this is behaving like this. I want the solution please.

    I'll give you the process to setup Static IP address, just do it and it will connects.

    Process:

    Go to the main screen and touch on Menu.
    Then now go to the Settings-->Wireless & Network-->WiFi Settings.

    Then now touch menu symbol and then now touch Advanced option.
    Now you have to touch the Use Static IP option to activate this feature (See Below image).

    Now you've touch on IP address and fill that field with valid IP address like 192.168.1.12.
    Touch all the populate additional settings

    Your WiFi ill be ready to use , now ON the WiFi and use it.
