Yes, as per the current news, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will make a debut on February 18th of 2013. The interesting news is that the handset comes out with a Stylus for additional functionality. The Finger hovering feature of the handset adds to it. It arrives with a 6.3-inch display enhanced with full HD resolution. It works based on the power from Cortex A15 architecture. The operating power is supported by a 2 GB of RAM. The Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie comes preloaded with the handset.

    Hi,
There has been speculations that the there might be a device which will have a 6.3 inches screen and it is supposed to have a Exynos 5 octa core processor. The device will also have a full HD screen with 2GB of RAM. The device will be running the latest version of android and you it have a 13Mp camera in the back and a 2Mp camera in the front. The device is supposedly to be announced in Mobile world Congress and probable the availability will be told after that.
    Hope this Helps.
