To perform Factory reset MENU-SETTINGS-PRIVATE DATA-FACTORY DATA RESET-OK.Once done reset will be done, but if you don;t take backup will lose all the data, files, apps, contacts, messages, pictures, songs etc. There is no such bad effect of reset instead it will solve many issues of your device. So,better to have backup before you reset your device. You can install "Titanium Backup" once install then send everything in that & then perform reset. That app will be stored in SD Card.

    Hello friend,

I will help you to solve your problem, don't worry just follow as i say.

Firstly you need to know that there wont be any effect on the data present on SD card.

The data present in the phone memory will only get deleted.

But the data in SD card remains the same.

To do Factory reset follow this method.

    Go to main menu>>Settings>>Privacy>>factory reset.

That's it by following the above mentioned steps your problem will get solved for sure...

    All the best.....................

    Hi friend,

Only the data in your phone memory gets deleted.

But all your data in your SD Card will be safe.

AND to Restore Factory Setting you must follow these steps:

    >>Go to SETTINGS

    >>Click on PRIVACY

    >>Go to FACTORY RESET

    Now you are done.

    BEST OF LUCK
