    Hi,
The problem with the phone might be due to the fact that the phone is flashed with a custom ROM and might be due to the fact that the ROM is working properly. If that is not the problem there might be some problems with the touchscreen and that there might be some problem with that and that might have caused the problem so in order to solve the problem you have to take the phone to a Service center of HTC and also to an authorized service center. If you have changed any ROM stuffs then try flashing a ROM that is stable again and that might help in solving the problem.
    Hope this Helps.

    Hi friend,
When you customize your RAM,it will do this kind of problem..You can do a hard reset on your phone to overcome this problem..
    1.Turn the device off
2.Hold down the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously
    3.A screen appears
    4.Select "Wipe data/Factory Reset"
    5.Confirm to factory reset
This will reset your device..If the problem still continues,it is better to take your mobile to the service center and tell them the issue..They will fix it..It will cost some money, but the problem will be fixed..

    Thank you!!!

    Hello friend,
There may be some software regarding issue to must have to reset your phone and then try again.

Remember, by performing a reset, all your data- settings, messages, apps, etc would be deleted.
    So backup up anything important.

    Follow these steps:
    - Go to 'Settings'.
    - Privacy.
    - 'Factory Data Reset'.
    - Fill in your id and password and confirm.
    - You can choose whether to delete SD card data or not.

After the process is complete, your device would return to its out-of-the-box state or to its factory settings.

    Regards!
