Problem of Call Receiving in Stand By Mode?

I got my Dell Venue a few weeks ago. I love the phone first off. There is a problem though, after an extended time in standby it does not receive calls. Multiple people have said that when they called it said my phone was switched off. When I wake in the morning and check the phone there are no missed calls. How should I solve this problem?

Re: Problem of Call Receiving in Stand By Mode?

It happens with me too some times. And in my case whenever I use internet in my mobile, people complained that they are trying to call me and it says busy, not available, switched off etc. When I ask them their time of call I found that this is the same time when I was using internet in my mobile or downloading something in my mob. So I think it could be the same with you. So I will suggets you to disconnect your mob from net and check.
Also resetting you phone to factory setting will also be useful some time.or one more thing if you have installed any new app recently after which this starts to happen , unisnstall that app.
I will also advice you to scan your mob for virus.

If nothing works contact your nearest dell service centre.

This problem may be due to some issue with the settings.

Will suggest you to go for Factory Reset which will bring all original settings back

But before thaqt you have to take the backup of youer data using an app name “Titanium backup Pro” also you should download and install “NetQin” antivirus after the reset to be safe in future

You can download and install app from the Google play store

    Reboot your device once installed

If this all doesn’t work you can visit the nearest service center

Re: Problem of Call Receiving in Stand By Mode?

    hi friend,

if you have the problem of not receiving calls while your mobile is
    in standby mode mode

the problem also came in front of my friends mobile he is
using SAMSUNG GALAXY ACE while he is using internet in his mobile
then there will be no call receiving in his mobile ....

so whenever you are not using the internet you must disable the internet
connection then this problem will be fixed....

if still not able to fix the problem do the FACTORY RESET in your mobile.....

if still not able to fix the problem after doing all this then go to the nearest
    DELL SERVICE CENTRE ....

    best of luck.....

Re: Problem of Call Receiving in Stand By Mode?

There is a nothig problem it is common because some times woriking the Communicatation apparatus has a power saving stand-by mode reducing power consumption during stand-by and the non-ringing call recevinging mode for communication.
And without ringining an attached mobile set the incoming call .In the power saving stand-by lmod, and operation state of realy for attaining the non -ringing call receiving mode is held by a stand-by power supply to render both modes comptible to on to another.
