Samsung Galaxy S3 gets turned off randomly all of a sudden

I am a Samsung Galaxy S3 user and it is really a good phone. But since a few days I have noticed some problem with this phone. The phone gets turned off randomly all of a sudden. This happens for around 2-3 times daily. Is there any viable solution for this problem. Someone please help me.

    Dear friend

may be this is due to the virus problem
or the software problem. So follow
some steps to remove the virus
    1 tap on app drawer
    2 then select play store
3 after that search for an antivirus
4 then tap on any link
    5 now tap on install
6 then after installing scan whole device
    for virus
7 then remove the virus and use the device
    or reset the device
    1 tap on settings
    2 then select privacy option
3 then tap on reset factory data
4 then wait for some time
5 after that use the device

    hope this will help you

Well all you need to do inorder to prevent the problem is as follows
    1.Go to menu
    2.select settings
    3.click privacy
    4.choose factory data reset
thus you have resetted the device, but before resetting you need to take backup of all data as resetting process will delete data in the device
Also scan the device using standard anti virus to get rid off virus from the device
thats all now the problem is solved if still facing problem then you need to go to service center to solve it

    Hi dear friend,
I read your problem. I think your mobile turned off when its n working condition , i mean it can stop or restart when you perform some task in this.
(like browsing , gaming or downloading.)

if it happen above mention task performing time, it means your mobile processor overloaded when you can perform multiple task with this.
it means your S3 cannot having necessary working space to perform task.

    so resolved these problem.....

you can free your mobile working memory space.
for this purpose you can remove unnecessary program or apps on your S3.
and Check all the apps are installed in your External memory. not in your internal or mobile working memory.

if any program installed in your internal memory than change its location or again installed it in your external memory.

by doing this steps you can get good result.

    Thanks
