    Unable to dial a contact on Acer Liquid E after syncing with Mac address book

    After syncing my Acer Liquid E with Mac address book, I am not able to dial any contacts on my phone. How do I make a call on my phone in such a condition?

    Following might be the Reason for the problem;

    1) If You have failed to synchronize the data Properly.
    2) Data is corrupted while Synchronizing.
    3) Data Format is not compatible with the Device.

    Check for all the three things mentioned above and rectify the Mistake.If you are unable to do the correction try adding the contact Manually and check whether it is working.

    Dear,
    It may have various reasons.
    You might have not done Sync Successfully. Try to Sync Again.
    The data of Pre Sync you have may be Currepted due to some reasongs such as Viruses ,spams etc
    In this case you have to Sync again ,make sure it done successfully.

    this may be caused if you have failed to synchronize the data in a proper way

    or the data format is not compatiblem

    So check for this things

    Sound like Data format is not compatible with your device.Try to adding contact manually,
    may it will resolve the issue.

    this error generally occur due to corruption of some particular file in your phone.
    you should reset your phone

    Your contacts may not be visible on pc. Properrly syn the pc with phone and then select the phone contact list and then dial.

    There are several reason for the issue of not able to dial a contact on Acer Liquid E after syncing with Mac address book.

    Some of which I am aware are as follows “


    >> Settings are not proper. Request you to check the contact settings once

    >> Virus in the phone, install an antivirus name “NetQin” and run it

    >> OR else you can go for factory reset. First take the backup of your device with “Titanium backup Pro”

    >> And if still there a problem, request you can visit the nearest service center


    You can download and install apps from “Google Play store”


    Reboot your device once installed
